The upmarket scheme of 217 apartments on the site of the old Berkeley Court hotel in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, offers unparalleled living in the heart of Dublin 4.

10 separate blocks of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, a penthouse, and duplex townhouses (217 residences in total). The main body of works was delivered over 3 years to allow for Covid disruptions and Building Plan 2020-2023. The scope of works included kitchen and utility cabinetry, bathroom stonework and Miele appliances and bedroom wardrobe packages.

We designed and built bespoke kitchens which include Silestone counter tops and over-counter lighting for 84 High end Apartments including 12 penthouses. The contract was split into two phases and delivered with half of the apartments completed in 2022 and the remainder in 2023 (12 weeks fitout per phase). The scope of works included kitchen and utility cabinetry, stonework and Siemens appliances.

An exclusive development of high quality and elegant 3 and 4 bedroom NZEB (Near Zero Energy Building) rated houses. Situated in Leopardstown, in county Dublin, Glencairn Gate features mature trees and stone walls which give a sense character, warmth and homeliness. Traditional materials and timeless design complement the surroundings, contemporary fittings meet every need and private gardens provide secluded space. The development consists of 96 houses which we supplied over a 12 month period to suit the site schedule. The scope of works included: kitchen and utility cabinetry, stonework and Bosch appliances.

19 Pembroke Square is a stunning collection of 12 one and two-bed bespoke apartments in Dublin 4.
This luxury development blends a beautiful and historic Georgian building, with a contemporary new build structure. The new build section has been designed to complement the Georgian heritage with similar proportions that are highlighted through a more contemporary and understated aesthetic. The original period features have been enhanced or lovingly restored with ornate plasterwork, high ceilings and large shuttered windows throughout. We were contracted to design and build high-end kitchens for this development and the scope of works included kitchen and utility cabinetry, stonework and Siemens appliances.
